Containerised Concrete Plants ConStar 750C
- With a production capacity of 30m³/h the ConStar 750C meets all the requirements for small to medium sized projects where there is a need for ready-mix or pre-cast concrete produced to the highest quality standards
- The unique skip weighing system and folding design of the ConStar 750C eliminates the need for a weigh conveyor and allows the main structure to be transported inside a single 12m (40ft) open top container.
- Controls on the ConStar 750C are easy to use, designed to ensure high levels of accuracy, batch repeatability and mix consistency which are vital for the production of high quality, high strength concrete.
Mobile Concrete Plants ConStar 1500
- With a production capacity of up to 50m³/h, the ConStar 1500 fully portable, wheeled concrete batching plant meets all the requirements for small to medium size projects where there is a need for ready-mix or pre-cast concrete produced to high quality standards.
- Semi-trailer towing is easily achieved as the integral control cabin hinges upwards within the main structure for transport. The chassis mounted 35m³ cement silo can be supplemented with either vertical or mobile horizontal silos giving additional capacity and/or greater mix design.
- Controls on the ConStar 1500 are easy to use, designed to ensure high levels of accuracy, batch repeatability and mix consistency which are vital for the production of high quality, high strength concrete.
Static Concrete Plants SiteMix Low Profile
- Offering a unique approach to in-situ concrete production, the transportable Sitemix introduces complete portability to wet and dry concrete batch plant operation. Capable of producing up to 80m³/h of compacted concrete, the MCC Sitemix range enables the contractor to produce high quality concrete on-site as and when required. Designed to be both low level and modular, the plants main components are assembled within container style frames allowing complete portability and ensuring minimum transportation and shipping costs.
- All individual plant components, electrics, compressed air, water supplies and plant controls are pre-connected prior to dispatch and are designed for ease of dismantling and reassembly to ensure rapid on-site installation and commissioning.

Static Concrete Plants SiteMix High Level
- The static design plants are bespoke, high capacity, static concrete plants that can be tailored to both ready mixed concrete and mortar applications and are capable of producing up to 200m3/h of high specification compacted concrete in full continuous operation.
- Key features of the static Sitemix plant include:
- Multiple, high capacity aggregate storage bins with pneumatically operated radial batching doors and include low friction surface linings and vibrators when required.
- Aggregate weigh conveyor for collection of recipe batched aggregate materials.
- Batch weighed aggregate collecting / mixer delivery conveyor.
- Vertical and horizontal cement storage silo options with bulk filling systems and protection.
- Cement feed delivery screw conveyors feeding to plant mounted cement batch weigh hoppers.

Cement Paste Mixer PreMix 12
- New technology for the production of quality concrete.
- The Premix 12 concrete high-tech turbomixer is a system for the production of cement paste by mixing cement with water and additives.
- The Premix 12 prepares cement paste and discharges it into a truck mixer simultaneously with the aggregate feed. The truck mixer completes the mixing of the cement paste with the aggregates. The cement paste is fed into the truck mixer in such a way as to obtain a perfect distribution of the cement paste in the bulk of the aggregates, thus obtaining a homogeneous concrete.
- One single batch can produce sufficient cement paste to load a 12 m³ truck mixer.
- Highly accurate mixing and homogeneity of the concrete ingredients
